Covid-19 infection rates are currently low so we are planning to re-open the Compassion and Insight Center for meditation practices on Sundays beginning April 24, 2022 for as long as it is relatively safe to do so. We will continue to provide live streaming of the meditation and teachings on Sundays. For now, Tuesday practices will continue only via Zoom and not in person.
Registration
To attend Sunday in-person meetings you will be asked to register prior to attending. The registration will help in two ways. We will be able to restrict the number of people in the building as well as keep track of who attends the practices in order to be able to notify attendees if there is an exposure to Covid-19 at the Center.
Your registration information will be kept confidential. In addition, you will be asked to provide your full name to a volunteer who will check you in when you arrive at the Center. If we are notified of an exposure to Covid-19 at one of our practices you will receive a call or an email.
If you feel symptoms of illness be it cold, flu, or Covid-19 symptoms please do not attend an in person meeting. You are welcome to attend our synchronous live streaming of meditation practice and teachings.
If you test positive for Covid-19 3-5 day after attending a meditation practice we ask that you call (208-918-1410) and leave a message or email (boisesangha@gmail.com) to let us know.
We will then contact the members who attended the practice to let them know they’ve been exposed. We WILL NOT share the name of attendees who’ve tested positive.
